BOOM! Studios announced that HBO Max picked up the rights to the comic with a script-to-series order. Co-creator Stevenson, the creator and showrunner of Netflix’s She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, is attached as showrunner and executive producer. The comic follows friends Ripley, Molly, April, Jo, and Mal, attendees of the Miss Quinzella Thiskwin Penniquiqul Thistle Crumpet’s Camp for Hardcore Lady Types.
